Companies Fraudulently And Illegally Referencing GHI/MRI's Test And Trial Results
Ever since GHI/MRI published the miraculous in vivo and in vitro test results for Silvicidal many greedy individuals have been intensively attempting to falsely reference, steal, and lie about them. Companies discussed in this news article are Vitamin Research Products - VRP, and Invive.
VRP's president Rob Watson was selling DEDI's Silvicidal with DEDI's label up to the year 2000, until he decided his already high profit margins were not high enough. He made repeat attempts to smooth talk proprietary information regarding Silvicidal out of DEDI's president James Kimball. After he realized his continued efforts would net him nothing he halted business dealings with DEDI and switched to another supplier that offered "MSP" at half the price. However, he kept the price of his MSP he sold to the public the same. Soon after, Mr. Watson fraudulently and illegally re-wrote GHI/MRI's trials to apply to his ineffective product.
NOTE - Mr. Watson still makes it appear as if VRP produces their "Silver Liquid" product. However, for VRP the most cost effective way to offer some type of "MSP" is to purchase it. It is a fact VRP purchases their "MSP" from a "company" comprised of 2 people operating out of a house. This company sells 400ppm "MSP" by the gallon for $250.00 per gallon. Resulting in VRP's cost of $2.00 per fl. ounce and $8.00 per bottle. VRP sells their Silver Liquid for $59.00.
After typing up a phony version of our test results, illegally scanning in our doctors signatures, and then placing them at the bottom of his phony tests, Mr. Nowell opened up Invive. This particular con-artist was previously dying of Lyme Disease and for that reason his Naturopathic doctor prescribed him Silvicidal. According to his doctor, after a few months of treatment Mr. Nowell was completely cured of Lyme Disease, and ready to lie, cheat, and deceive the public.
Vitamin Research Products - VRP
1. VRP- After initially viewing VRP's website, perhaps the most alarming issue is how legitimate it appears. No individual could possibly be faulted for becoming a victim to Mr. Watson's carefully drawn out scam.
When viewing the Silver Liquid Page, direct your attention to the far right column. This column displays a customer report for Silvicidal and 3 separate articles.
The Silvicidal Customer Report
This customer report is not even directed to VRP. However, Mr. Watson has constructed his "Silver" page and the customer report to appear as though the report was written for VRP's current "silver product". GHI/MRI believes this tactic is unethical and misleading, however this reflects Mr. Watson's general business practices.
In this customer report, the customer does not even direct his letter to VRP. Instead he directs his report to Dr. Joe Cardot, who sold DEDI's Silvicidal and Silvicidal ES (400 PPM) to mass amounts of his patients. Dr. Cardot sold so much Silvicidal, he sent DEDI's president (James Kimball) protocols for over 50 conditions he noted it to be effective against. GHI/MRI has effectively turned this report over to Strictly Supplements, so it will be published in association with Silvicidal, the true product the report was written about. GHI/MRI will shortly inform the F.D.A. of this instance and business practice.
Fraudulent Article Number 1
Initially this article gives a brief history of colloidal silver. However, as you near the middle of this article you will notice a list of 12 conditions VRP claims MSP to be effective against. This is the first fallacy in the article, Silvicidal is the only MSP effective regarding those conditions. VRP specifically obtained this list of conditions from the trials GHI/MRI has conducted on Silvicidal and doctor reports that were written to document types of conditions they prescribed Silvicidal for. No other MSP has ever been proven effective regarding those conditions.
As you scroll down further, you will notice minor lies, such as argyria not being a recognized side effect of ordinary MSPs. However you will soon come to a point where VRP states they have the ideal particle size. This is another lie, Rob Watson desperately attempted to get Silvicidal's particle size from James Kimball. Strictly Supplements reports on 10-16-07, Mr. Watson tried again. It is obvious Mr. Watson recognizes Silvicidal as having mastered particle size, stability, and over all formulation. He makes continued efforts to smooth talk any information he can regarding Silvicidal, Strictly Supplements reports.
After scrolling down and reading the article, with the information you already know, it should not be hard to pick away the fallacies. Mr Watson mostly describes Silvicidal, leaving the public in the dark regarding his product. He even confirms he knows nothing about the product he describes under the subtitle "How Does It Work?." GHI/MRI and Strictly Supplements know exactly how the MSP he describes (Silvicidal) works. He even describes the trials located right on this website for Silvicidal in the 4th paragraph. He even copies "no known side effects" from DEDI's F.D.A. registered label (You'll notice he does not have that on his label).

2. Invive- After looking at this website any reasonable person can see it's a pathetic attempt to con consumers and sell them what Mr. Nowell claims to be Mild Silver Protein. The first thing anyone should notice is the mass array of lies, it's all just words and no test results. Second, you will soon come across the sad pitiful lie: "we do not have the staff to handle phone calls." The reason Mr. Nowell doesn't have a phone is because he is wanted by the F.D.A., and has fled to Canada where he remains paranoid and still does not feel safe. One can only imagine the vast amount of federal laws he has violated. His listed address is as follows:

You may notice he claims one of his "Mild Silver Protein" products to be an eye wash. However if you put real Mild Silver Protein in your eyes you will severely damage them. Also no one should believe the ppm amount listed as it is nothing but fiction. However that is NOT the worst of it! The first thing anyone should notice is the disgusting, devious attempt at duplicating GHI/MRI's logo at the top of the page. Anyone who reads this should be disgusted at what this con-artist has attempted. We ask the public to join us in reporting this "man" to both the United States government and the Canadian government. Nothing is being done about him currently because not enough people are bringing it to either governments attention.
Because Mr. Nowell's "business" is a failure, the F.D.A. feels no pressure to pursue this individual. However, something does need to be done about Mr. Nowell, and as it usually works with most governments, when enough people scream and are outraged over a lying scam-artist, something will eventually be done.
